Take chicken breast, pound fillets with steak hammer.
In bowl,add lime juice,mustard paste,ginger and garlic past,white pepper powder,chili sauce,soya sauce,crushed chili flakes and salt,mix well
Marinate it for 30-45 minutes.
For flour coating: mix all ingredients well and set aside.
Crushed corn flakes and mix flour in it.set aside
Heat oil in a wok, take one marinated chicken fillet, dip into egg mixture and coat it with corn flakes mixture.
Deep fry the fillet on medium flame, fry for 3 minutes each side. Fry until a crispy coat is turned brown.
For sauce: mix all sauce ingredients
For assembling: Take burger buns. Apply mayonnaise sauce on bun. Add ice burg leaf,chips, fried chicken fillet,chips, mayo sauce, cheese slice and then cover with the bun.
Serve with homemade French fries and coleslaw salad
