DUM QEEMA

Dum ka qeema recipe is a healthy as well as traditional recipe of Pakistan. It gives a different taste than other ordinary qeema recipes. It can be prepared within very short time. It will give you so unique taste of beef that you will like to cook it again and again. It's ingredients are also very simple and charcoal gives it wonderful taste. Let's try it.

Steps

Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds in a pan and grind them in fine powder.

- Now add ground spices, yogurt, red chili flakes,salt, ginger garlic paste in mince and mix well

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

In a pan add marinated mince

Cook on low flame till water dries,

Heat a charcoal on fire, make a ditch in the mince and place aluminum foil.

Put red hot charcoal on top and add 1 tbs oil

Cover lid for 10-15 minutes Serve with onion rings, green chutney and parathas
