A few simple tricks makes this chicken legs crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and ridiculously flavorful. It’s quick, easy and inspire your family.Serve it as a side dish or snack. Serve hot with ketchup and salad.

Steps

Place drumstick in a bowl,add yogurt,coriander powder,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala, black pepper powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,salt,red orange color,Kasuri methi and lemon juice.

Mix well and leave it for 2 hours.

Now add egg,gram flour,semolina and cornflour. Mix it well

Preheat oil in a pan and fry drumsticks on medium heat.

Serve hot.

Note: add egg,gram flour,semolina and cornflour.just before frying. if you mix all ingredients together and fry after 2 hours.its will not be crispy.
