In a bowl add warm water,yeast,salt,sugar,milk powder and egg.
Mix well all ingrediants
Now add flour in it and mix well.it seems like a dough
Then add butter and start kneading using your hand.
Knead for about 5 minutes. the dough should be smooth, elastic and not too dry
.Shape it into a ball and put it in a greased bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; let stand in a warm place for 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Take the dough and form into a rectangle and roll up tight, tucking in the ends. It should look like a small loaf.
Bake 20 to 25 mins at 175°C(350°F)(depending on your oven type)
In a bowl add sour cream,grated cucumber,grated carrot,grated cabbage,mayyonise,boiled eggs,black pepper and parsley.
In another bowl add chicken tikka cubes, ketchup and chilli garlic sauce and mix well
Using a sharp knife, cut the round bread, horizontally, into three layers.
Take a bread piece and apply a light layer of mayo spread,
In the second layer apply chicken tikka mixture on it
In the third layer apply mayo mixture
Refrigerate for 2 Hours
Now cut and serve delicious chicken sandwich cake
