try this quick , tasty and easy ice-cream recipe specially in summers !

Steps

For condensed milk:in a nonstick pan add milk, sugar and cook on medium flame till gets thick.

close the flame and add the baking soda and mix it well.

once cools down completely keep in a air tight box and keep in the fridge and use when required.

Place mixer bowl and whisk in freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.

Pour heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl and whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form

Pour the whipped cream mixture into 2 container and let it settle.

For Oreo ice-ream: add 3 tbsp crushed Oreo in whipped cream and mix it

Cover the container and place it in the freezer.Freeze for 12+ Hours.

For mango ice-cream:add mango pulp in whipped cream

Add the food color mix, then beat till combined.

Cover the container and place it in the freezer.Freeze for 12+ Hours.
