Steps

In a medium pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in carrots,cabbage,spring onion,chicken,noodles, boiled egg,salt,white pepper,vinegar,soya sauce, and pepper,then cook until mix well

Cool the mixture on room temperature.

Fill egg roll wrapper with filling, fold and seal with egg wash,

Heat oil on high flame for 2 minutes than medium flame and fry the rolls.
