In bowl, add chicken mince,salt,black pepper and bread crumbs.Mix very well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take chicken mixture (as per desired size) and shape it.
Take a bowl add flour coating ingredients,mix and set aside
In a separate bowl, Take eggs,water and soya sauce whisk it and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, take one marinated chicken Nugget coat it with flour mixture then again dip into egg mixture and flour mixture (press hard for crispy nugget).
Shallow or deep fry until nice golden
FOR POTATO BASKET:
Grate a potato.Squeeze potato water with hands,Place in a bowel and shape like a basket
Keep in freezer for 3 hours
Defrost for 10 minutes.
Take potato basket coat with flour mixture then dip into egg mixture then again flour mixture
Heat oil in large skillet.
Deep fry the basket on medium flame,Fry until a crispy coat is turned brown.
