Combine together flour,Baking powder, required amount of salt, yogurt and mix well with some warm water till it forms a medium thick dough.

In a bowl add ginger garlic paste and beef mince. Now Add Yogurt,chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, crushed coriander and cumin.

Mix well and marinate for 15 min.

Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onion till golden in color.

Add marinated mince stirring continuously.

Cook till mince is tender and dry. Add green chili and turn off the flame than allow to cool.

Divide the dough into medium sized balls and put aside.

Flatten one ball with Hande, put 2 tbsp of mince mixture in the center of it and cover it with its wedges even it becomes a round ball.

Make all balls with the same method. flatten them to medium sized trotters with hand

You can bake in oven. Heat the oven to 500°F with pizza stone (baking stone) approx. thirty minutes, until stone is hot. Using a baking/pizza stone will help to give the naan close to same kind of heat as a clay tandoor.

Place two Kulchas on your baking/pizza stone and put it into the oven.

Bake the naan two at a time. The naan will take two to three minutes to cook, depending upon your oven. The baked naan should be golden brown on top.

Take naan out of the oven and brush lightly with clear butter
