Mutton Shish Kabob

Turkish inspired mutton kabob with bell peppers and onion. Grilled to be tendered. New taste to your tongue and healthy recipe.

Ingredients

red,yellow,orange and green capsicums cut in cubes

Steps

In a bowl mix all ingredients and mix well

Leave it in fridge for 4 hours

Thread pieces of green, red, yellow,orange bell pepper,mutton cubes and onion onto metal skewers, repeating until all ingredients are skewered.

Cook the skewers on the preheated grill, turning frequently and brushing generously with the reserved marinade until nicely browned on all sides and the meat is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.

Place the skewers in the pre-heated 450 degree oven on the center rack. bake for 10 minutes, turn over once. bake for 10 minutes longer (20 minutes maximum of baking time total depending on size of Mutton chunks)
