Chicken Broast is not difficult to make at home. Easy to make with a delicious and cripsy taste..This great recipe is perfect if you want to add additional dish in your weekend table. Broast is made by chicken, flour mixture and spices. Crispy outer layer give a great taste to tongue. Serve with dip.

Steps

Marinate the chicken with salt,buttermilk,hot sauce,mustard paste and crushed garlic and leave for 2-3 hours.

In a bowl mix self-rising flour, corn flour, salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, chili powder,sugar,onion powder and paprika powder. Whisk well and keep aside.

Coat the chicken in flour mixture

Fry on low-medium heat about 12-15 minutes and do not turns around too much the coating may break.

Serve with French Fries, Dinner Rolls and garlic Sauce and ketchup.
